Are You Eligible?

  • Malaysian-Owned: MSMEs/Cooperatives must be at least 60% owned by Malaysian citizens.
  • Registration Requirements: Must be registered with Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)/Local Authorities (PBT) or Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission (SKM).
  • Operating Duration: The business should be operating for at least 6 months.
  • Annual Turnover: Must have an annual turnover of an average of at least RM 50,000.
  • Previous Grants: MSMEs/Cooperatives must not have received previous Digitalisation Matching Grants.

What are the required documents?

  • Identification: Copy of identity card or passport of director(s)/partner(s)/proprietor(s), whichever is applicable.
  • Business License: Business registration documents/SSM business profile/SKM registration docs.
  • Financial Documents: Latest audited accounts, management accounts, or latest two-month bank statements.
  • Documents: Quotation issued by C Y Multitrade Sdn Bhd.

A Quick Overview of How the Grant Works:

1. Complete Application Form

Send an email to C Y Multitrade Sdn Bhd with filled applicant form provide by C Y Multitrade Sdn Bhd.

2. Funding Societies to review

Funding Societies will review applications.

3. Payment via platform upon application approved

Make payment on platform within 14-days.

4. Installation, Implementation & Training

Upon payment, C Y Multitrade Sdn Bhd will deliver installation, implementation & training.

5. Claim Submission by C Y Multitrade Sdn Bhd

Once services are delivered, C Y Multitrade Sdn Bhd will submit a calim form with proof of delivery.
