Software Support Executive

Job Description:

  • Providing customer service / application support via telephone, remote assistance and email
  • Handle incoming calls from end users and perform first contact resolution (first time fix)
  • Handle software installation and migration tasks
  • Assist with fieldwork if requested
  • Handle and solve IT technical issue

Requirements:

  • Minimum Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Possess Diploma / Degree in IT / Accounting
  • Good knowledge of software services and solutions
  • Excellent communication skill both written and verbal
  • Able to work with minimum supervision, self driven and result oriented
  • Ability and willing to learn as in house training will be provided
  • Ability to provide end users with highest quality of service at all times
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to proactively communicate problems with supervisors as they become known
  • Ability to build rapports with clients over the phone / email
  • Ability to learn and support new applications

Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to support sales enquiries / issues
  • Prepare quotations in a timely manner to customers
  • Perform cold calling to potential customers to promote & acquire new enquiries to drive business growth
  • Support other sales duties as assigned by management
  • Effectively articulates the value proposition associated with IT Solutions or Hardware
  • Responsible for selling a defined set of products and services
  • Identifies customer needs/requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solutions
  • Recommends business solutions considering customer needs
  • Set meetings with prospective clients
  • Publish Company news and article on Company Website and other social media platform to develop brand awareness
  • Maintain and manage company website, departmental emails and social media platform
  • Any other ad-hoc assignements as and when required by the Management

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
  • Experience in tele-marketing / call centre will be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel & Outlook)
  • Comfortable making cold calls and confident in talking to new people
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Experience in maintaining social media platform, article editing and graphic design will be added advantage
  • Fresh graduates or junior executive specialized in Arts / Creative / Graphic Design are encouraged to apply
  • Good knowledge of software services and solutions (In House Training will be given)
