CHAPTER 05.01 ITEM OPENING BALANCE MAINTENANCE

Used to Maintain Stock Item Opening Balance

a) Go to Stock – More Stock Maintenance-Item Opening Balance Maintenance

b) Click Apply Filter-Without select….message will appear and click Yes

c) Click Auto Generate Opening Balance By filter Criteria and key in Opening Stock Quantity and Cost

d) Key in the Quantity and cost (Unit Price) of the opening stock

e) Check the Stock Card as below for Weighted Average

f) Opening Stock Balance for FIFO Method

g) Stock Card for FIFO

h) (i) Up to date Cost Auto Updated

h) (ii) Up to date Cost Auto Updated
