CHAPTER 04.01 STOCK MODULE
CHAPTER 04.02 CREATE STOCK GROUP MAINTENANCE
1) Go to Stock- Stock Group Maintenance.
2) Click New.
3) Stock Group Maintenance for Raw Material
4) Stock Group Maintenance for Trading Product
5) Stock Group Maintenance for Deposit Received from Customer
6) Stock Group Maintenance for Transportation fees received
CHAPTER 04.03 AUTO GENERATE STOCK ITEM CODE
1. Remark 1 :-Key in the Short Code. It Can be use to Auto Generate Stock Item Code
a) Go to Tools- Option
b) Go to Stock- General Stock Setting
I) Item Code Format %G Item Group’s Short Code
II) Item Code Format %T Item Group’s Short Code
CHAPTER 04.04 SET DEFAULT ACCOUNTS
Remark 2-to use the default G/L accounts assign
a) Go to Tools- Option
b) Go to G/L- Default Accounts
CHAPTER 04.05 SET LINE DISCOUNT POST TO SEPARATE ACCOUNT
Remark 3:- define account code for Sales/Purchase Discount Account only when the option of Line Discount post to separate account is checked.
a) Go to Tools- Option
b) Go to Invoicing- Customize Invoicing
CHAPTER 04.06 USE LIVE STOCK BALANCE IN FINANCIAL REPORT
Remark 4:- Define account code for Balance Stock Account when the option of Use Live Stock Balance in all Financial Reports is checked.
a) Go to Tools- Option
b) Go to General- Application Settings
CHAPTER 04.07 STOCK ITEM TYPE MAINTENANCE
Used to maintain for the purpose of report filtering.
Can be use for brand e.g. Samsung, Nestle, Canon etc
1. Go to Stock- Stock Item Type Maintenance.
2. Click New.
CHAPTER 04.08 STOCK ITEM MAINTENANCE
This is to maintain Stock transaction items
1. Go to Stock- Stock Item Maintenance.
2. Click New
Back Order Notification
b) Back Order Control (untick) – no control on negative stock , notification screen will not be prompted, and users are allowed to save.
c) subjects to the user’s access rights of back order control
i) Go to General Maintenance- Access Right Maintenance
ii) Go to Access Right-Invoicing-Sales-Back Order Action
The default costing method is set at Tools > Options > Stock > Stock Costing.
Multi Pricing (6 levels of pricing)
You can maintain the pricing by each debtor. Each time when you do sales transactions, the system will capture the pricing options that you set at your debtor maintenance.
Go to Tools > Options > Invoicing > Auto Price > tick Use Multi Pricing

Replacement Item
During sales transaction, if I try to sell MOL029 (at a quantity greater than on-hand quantity), the following message will be prompted
Click on Yes, a list will be displayed for selection:
Alternative item code
Alternative item code can be used as another name or code to key in or search for item

Min Selling/Purchase & Max Selling Price/Purchase
set the control at User Maintenance > Access Rights > System, Behavior.
Use average Up To Date Cost to check for minimum Sale Price: to use Average Up-To-Date Cost as minimum selling price instead of checking with Minimum Selling Price at Stock Item Maintenance. (applicable for costing method:Weighted Average only)
How to replace “Minimum Sell Price” with Up To Date
Cost or Standard Cost (Fixed Cost)
Go to Tools-Options-Invoicing-Document Control-Use average up to date cost to check for minimum Sale Price .
Set Color Indication- (by color control)
Go to Tools-Options-Invoicing- Customize Invoicing
– Lower than “Minimum Selling Price”, show Red Color
– Greater than “Maximum Selling Price”, show light Blue Color
Prompt if Balance Quantity Below Reorder Level:
a message screen will be prompted for confirmation.
Yellow means the stock level reaches reorder level,
Red means reaches minimum level,
Black means negative stock level.
CHAPTER 04.09 EASY ITEM MAINTENANCE
This is to change Stock items
a) Go to Stock Item- Find Stock Item
b) Click Check All- Click Easy Item
c) Click Select All- Click Range Set
d) Tick Costing Method- Change to FIFO
e) Costing Method- Change to FIFO
